Mint Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings

1 bunch fresh mint
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup honey
dash Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 Tbsp salt
4 oz green mint jelly

Cut or chop mint very fine. Combine with remaining ingredients.
Let steep for several hours. Serve with roast lamb.
