Mustard Sauce

1/3 cup 75 ml chopped onion
2 Tbsp. 30 ml butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. 15 ml all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. 1 ml salt
1 cup 250 ml milk
1 Tbsp. 15 ml prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. 15 ml lemon juice

Saute onion in saucepan until soft. Mix in flour and salt. Add
milk, mustard and lemon juice. Stir until it boils and thickens.
Serve with corned beef, ham or any other meat. Makes 1 cup (250
ml).
