Orange Cream Cheese Spread
2-3oz.pkg.cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup frozen orange juice, undiluted
2 tsp. grated orange rind
Beat cream cheese at medium speed. Add powdered sugar, orange juice
and grated rind, mix well. This is good on ritz crackers or poppy
seed bread. Makes about 1 cup
