Peanut Butter Sauce
1 c sugar
1/2 c water
1 c peanut butter
Bring water and sugar to a boil. Remove and immediately stir in
peanut butter. Pour into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve
over ice cream.
Variation: Mix the sauce with a commercial fat-free hot fudge,
heating in the microwave together and stirring.
