Gallo Pesto

4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup toasted almonds
1/4 cup fresh mint
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper

Place first 5 ingredients in food processor and pulse a few times.
With machine running drizzle in oil. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Can be frozen in ice cube trays and stored in ziplock freezer bags
for 6 months.

Add freshly grated parmesan cheese to taste when serving, do not
add at the time of freezing.
