Pineapple 02

Pineapple Sauce
(makes 2 1/2 C)
1 Tbl cornstarch.
20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
the crushed pineapple
1/4 C cinnamon candies
1/4 C orange juice (or orange liqueur)
In a medium saucepan, place cornstarch Drain and reserve the juice
from canned pineapple.
Slowly add the reserved juice to the cornstarch, stirring well
until smooth.
Add: the crushed pineapple, cinnamon candies and orange juice (or
orange liqueur).
Place the saucepan over high heat, and cook until thickened, stirring
constantly.
