VIETNAMESE SAUCE FOR FRESH SPRING ROLLS
4 tblsp hoisin sauce
2 tblsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar
some cracked peanuts (to decorate)
Use some hot water to dilute the peanut butter into a soft mixture;
not too much water though. Mix sugar and hoisin sauce with the
peanut butter. You can add more hoisin sauce or sugar if you like.
Top the sauce with cracked peanut.
