Stir Fry Sauce 02

Sesame Oil Stir Fry Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/4 cups water
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp sugar
1 heaping Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
Mix all together except cornstarch. Then add cornstarch and stir.
Add to cooked meat and vegetables as last step. Heat until thickened.
May marinate meat in sauce. Good with chicken.
