Sweet Sour Sauce 04

Chinese Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 cup malt vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon corn starch mixed with 2-3 tablespoons water
Mix the cornstarch with water and set liquid aside. Throw everything
else in a saucepan and heat. When mixture is hot, add cornstarch
mixture slowly, while stirring, until the right consistency is
reached.
