Sweet Sour Sauce 10

Sweet and Sour Sauce
Yield: 8 servings
1 1/2 cup ketchup
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 ts ground cinnamon
2 slices fresh ginger root
Juice of 1 large lemon
Mix all ingredients. except lemon juice in a small saucepan, mix
well, add lemon juice and mix again, simmer over low heat for 45
minutes, stirring occasionally, set aside to cool, remove and
discard ginger, makes 3 cups.
Note: Flavor of sauce may be adjusted to your own taste by adding
sugar or a little cider vinegar.
