Sweet Sour Sauce 11

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
1/4 cup tomato catsup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tb cornstarch
crushed pineapple
In a saucepan, combine the catsup, sugar and vinegar with a cup of
water (oh by the way the vinegar is white vinegar) heat on stove
to boiling. Then add some chopped pineapple. Mix 2 tablespoons of
cornstarch in the smallest amount of water (about two tablespoons)
dissolve it all and make sure added water is cold. Then pour this
into boiling sauce and stir until thickened.
