Sweet Sour Sauce 15

Sweet and Sour
15 oz can pineapple chunks in juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons vinegar
3 Tablespoons dry sherry or orange juice
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Drain the pineapple-save it to add to the stir fry. Mix the juice
with the other ingredients. This is for sweet and sour fish. I
used to use it on chicken, but I bet it would be good with tofu
and/or vegetables. The sauce thickens nicely when it's cooked.
