Sweet Sour Sauce 16

Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually
stir in orange juice, water, lemon juice and ketchup. Cook over
medium heat until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.
Stir in lemon peel. Serve.
