Sweet Sour Sauce 18

Sweet & Sour Sauce (Great For Egg Rolls)
1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pinchground ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Combine nectar and pineapple juice in pot. Add sugar, honey, salt,
ginger and soy. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar
disolves. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and sugar. Cool and chill.
