Tartar Sauce

1 cup fat free mayonnaise
4 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
dash of dill weed

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for
2 hours before serving. Can be stored in air tight container for
up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Makes 1 cup.
