Coriander Prawns 500g large prawns 50ml olive oil
2.5cm piece ginger, grated 50g fresh coriander, chopped 1 Tbsp coriander powder 1 Tbsp premium oyster sauce 1 /2 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp honey 2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon, sliced thinly for garnish Wash prawns, remove shells leaving heads and tails intact. Season prawns with marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Add the olive oil to the honey glaze and brush prawns with this mixture. Grill at 200 Celsius for 10 to 15 minutes. Baste once with leftover marinade mixed with honey glaze. Serve gilled prawns with lemon slices.
