Maryland Crab Cakes
1 pound lump crab meat 3 slices bread 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley Old Bay Seasoning (to taste)g
Make crumbs from the bread. Mix all ingredients together. Form into cakes about 1/2 - 3/4 inches thick. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side (til golden brown - do not over cook).
