Baltimore Crab Cakes

1 lb. crabmeat
6 slices white bread
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 egg
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
parsley and lemon to garnish

Clean shells from meat and place meat in a bowl. Grind bread in
a food processor and add to crabmeat. Add parsley and spices.
Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Form into 6-8 crab cakes.

Fry in a pan or bake in 375F oven for 15 minutes. Serve garnished
with parsley and lemon.
