Hakata style Shrimp
1 Lb lg shrimp, peeled, deveined and halved 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 lemon 1 Tbsp butter salt oil
Heat Wok or skillet to high heat. Add oil. Add shrimp and sprinkle w/ salt. Stir fry until almost done. Add soy sauce and stir to season all. Add butter to melt and coat. Add juice of lemon and stirfry. Serve hot w/ ginger dipping sauce.
