4 loafs white bread
2 qts clam juice
1 C lemon juice
1C cilantro chopped
1C Basil Chopped
8-10ea. Eggs
1C Salad oil
1/2C Lobster Base
3/ 14.4 oz Cans TKC Lobster Meat
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Black pepper
1 Medium Red onion Diced Fine
1/4 to 1/2 C Dry Parsley Flake

Spicy Cilantro Salsa

20 ea. Monder Tomatos
2 ea. Red Onions Diced Fine
2 ea. Red,Yellow and Green Peppers Diced fine
1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
1 C Chopped Cilantro
1/2 C Chopped Basil
1/2C Salad Oil
1/4C Lemon Juice
1/8C Balsamic (optional)

Cayenne Sauce

1 1/2 QT Mayonnaise
1 Pt Red Hot
1 C Lemon Juice
1 C Parsley



Place all ingredients for the sauce in the blender and mix to pourable
consistancy. This recipe is for a large amount but it can be frozen
in small amounts.
