Skillet Roasted Prawns

1 lb. fresh prawns (21-25), deveined
12 pc. red fresno chilies
1 cup chopped spring garlic (1/2 cup will be used for final presentation)
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbl fresh thyme
2 tbl white butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 500 F.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the first set of ingredients and
mix thoroughly.

Arrange the mixture on a large iron skillet or sheet. Roast in
oven for 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and add butter. Finish
by arranging on a platter with wedges of lemon and toasted baquettes.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped garlic over the dish.
