Scallops and Bacon
Thaw scallops if frozen, rinse and dry them; if large, cut them in half. Preheat oven to 475. Wrap each in a thin slice of bacon, overlapping it a little, and secure it with a wooden cocktail pick. Place scallops in rows on a rack to bake or broil until bacon is crisp; turn once only. Serve with a dunking sauce of melted butter seasoned with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

These are easy to make and taste great!
Cocktail sauce on the side, made of catsup, horseradish and lemon juice.
