Scallops

1 pound scallops
1/2 cup butter
very finely chopped garlic
fresh breadcrumbs

If scallops are large, cut in half. Clean and rinse scallops well
and simmer in small amount of water until about half cooked. Drain
then place into an oven proof casserole dish. Melt unsalted butter
in a med. frying pan-add very finely chopped garlic and saute until
the garlic is soft but do not let the butter or garlic brown. Pour
this mixture over the scallops. Top with some fresh breadcrumbs
and bake at 400F for 10 minutes. This is great over pasta.
