1 tsp. butter
2 tsp. olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound shrimp, peeled
1/4 cup white wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley
Cooked noodles or rice, optional
In saute pan melt butter and oil. Add garlic; saute 1 minutes;
add shrimp. Saute 1 minutes, add wine, lemon juice, salt, and
pepper. Saute quickly until sauce reduces and shrimp turns pink,
about 3 minutes. Do not overcook.
Serve with sauce over cooked noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley;
garnish with lemon wedges.
