Shrimp Scampi

1 pound shrimp
3/4 cup unsalted butter
garlic, very finely chopped - as much as you like
lemon juice (fresh)
breadcrumbs toasted

Clean shrimp. Melt butter in a large frying pan then add the garlic.
Saute until the garlic is soft but do not brown it. Add the shrimp
and saute until they turn pink. Add a small amount of lemon juice
(about 2 Tbsp.) and stir. You can add a sprinkle of toasted bread
crumbs over the shrimp after they are plated if you like. Serve
with a crusty French bread to dip in the juices.
