Shrimp Ernie

Prepare two pounds of shrimp for frying, marinate overnight in the
refrigerator in the following sauce: 1 pint of Wesson Oil, 1 level
Tbsp of salt,4 Tbsps. catsup, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 small pod of
garlic-chopped fine. Put shrimp on sides in shallow pan, pour over
some of the sauce, do not let sauce cover shrimp. Broil under flame
until lightly browned on both sides, 7 to 8 minutes on each side
at 350 degrees or medium flame. Serve on hot plate on frilled
toothpick.
