Killer Shrimp

1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 lemon, sliced w/peel
8 cloves garlic
1 fresh Anaheim chile, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 pound shrimp, large

Mix sauce ingredients and place in a Ziploc bag; add shrimp and
refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Place in a shallow
pan and bake at 400F until just done, 10-15 minutes. If too thick,
add broth or wine to dilute.
