Caramel Corn

2/3 cup unpopped corn
2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 250. Pop the corn, and place in a large roasting
pan. Mix the brown sugar, margarine, and corn syrup in a saucepan
and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Using a beater, mix in the
baking soda. Pour the syrup over the corn and mix thoroughly.
Place in oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
