Cheese Crackers
1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese 3/4 cup flour dash salt dash cayenne pepper (optional) 1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
Cream butter and flour. Add cheese, then stir in the rice cereal. Form into balls. Flatten with a damp fork. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (only until just barely brown on edges). Remove from pan to cool completely.

I love this recipe. I made one adjustment to it. I omitted the rice cereal and replaced it with 1/2 cups of extra fine chopped pecans. The flavor the pecans add is wonderful.
