White Chocolate Snack Mix
1 box multigrain Chex cereal
1 large jar of dry roasted peanuts
1 small bag of pretzel twists
2 packages of white chocolate chips
1/4 cup oil
Mix together the cereal, nuts and pretzels. Melt the white chocolate
chips with the oil over lowest heat. Pour this evenly over the dry
mixture. Place in a pan and freeze firm. Then break apart mixture
and place into a serving container.
