Fish &Cheese Kebobs

Ingrediests:
fish 500grams
cheese 125grams
salt 20 grams
chilli powder 20 grams
fresh coriander (cilantro)
mint leaves 200 grams
2 eggs
Directions:
Cut fish into small pieces.
Boil them in little bit salted water.
Drain extra water & mix cheese in it.
Mix salt, chilli powder, fresh coriander & mint leaves.
Shape with hand into round kebobs shape.
Dip each kebob in beaten eggs & deep fry in hot oil.
