Frosted Filberts

1 egg white
2 Tbsp cold water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups filberts

Heat oven to 275 F. Grease baking sheet. Beat egg white, water,
salt, and spices to soft peak stage. Gradually add sugar and beat
to stiff peak stage. Add filberts and fold gently to coat them.
Place coated nuts by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake
for 40 minutes.
