Peanut Butter Popcorn
2 cups peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
2 T. honey
6 cups popped popcorn
3 cups roasted peanuts, chopped
oil, for your hands
Place the peanut butter in a saucepot with the honey and place over
low heat. Mix well and allow to melt completely. Place the popcorn
in a large bowl and pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn.
Mix until well combined (the mixture will be sticky!). Place the
chopped peanuts on a flat plate. Oil your hands lightly and shape
the popcorn mixture into balls. Roll the popcorn balls in the
chopped peanuts and wrap in wax paper.
