POWER BARS

2 cups chocolate drink powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 cups instant rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup M&M's or peanuts

In large heavy saucepan, combine drink powder, peanut butter, milk
and butter. Heat and stir over medium heat until mixture is smooth
and comes to a boil. Boil and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Remove
from heat. Stir in instant rolled oats and vanilla. Pat into a
foil-lined, 8-inch square pan. Scatter peanuts on top and press
in. Chill until firm. Cut into twelve 1x2-inch bars.
