2 c nut butter (peanut is great)
1 3/4 c honey or maple syrup
1/4 c cocoa powder
2 T malt powder
2 1/4 c protein powder
3 c uncooked oatmeal

Mix peanut butter with honey in microwave for about 1 min. Mix in
the powders (cocoa and malt are optional, but recommended). Mix
in oatmeal. Press into a pan (9 x 13 inches). Refrigerate, then
cut into bars. Store in fridge, wrapped in plastic or waxed paper..
