Puppy Chow
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine (1/2 cup)
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
9 cups Rice Chex
Melt peanut butter, margarine, and chips in med. size bowl in
microwave. Spread Rice Chex out on large pan. Pour melted mixture
over Rice Chex and toss evenly to coat. (I use a spatula) Put
Chex mixture in a large paper bag and pour all the powdered sugar
in bag. Shake until evenly coated--more powdered sugar may be
needed. Let cool completely.
