Mix cinnamon and sugar then pour over nuts. Mix until pecans are well coated. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. My kids love this. And once people actually TRY it, (it doesn't look like it tastes as good as it does), I am ALWAYS asked the recipe.
