Cauliflower soup

1 medium cauliflower, broken into pieces
1 to 1 1/2 litres stock
2 - 3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
50 gr. grated cheese
oregano

In a pot, melt butter. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add broth
and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Add cauliflower and simmer on medium
heat for 10 minutes or until caulliflower is tender. Add oregano
to taste.

Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
