Chicken and Tomato Soup

1 1/2 cups water
10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (46 oz) tomato juice
1 can (15 oz) great northern beans rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz) black beans rinsed and drained
1 can (11 oz) whole Kernel corn drained
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp brown sugar
Crumbled bacon and greated cheddar if desired.

Combine water, broccoli, onions and garlic bring to boil for 8-10
minutes. Stir frequently. Cook chicken until no longer pink (6
minutes). Sprinkle with season salt and pepper. Add to broth, stir
in rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes. Garnish
with bacon and cheese if desired.
