Ingredients...
1L Chicken Stock
420g can Creamed Corn
4 green onions, thinly sliced
350g chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
1 egg, lightly beaten

Method...
1. Place corn, onions and stock in a saucepan. Bring to the boil.

2. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the chicken, stirring thoroughly to break up the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

3. When about to serve soup, slowly add the beaten egg whilst stirring and cook for 1 minute.

Serve with crusty bread or bread rolls.
