Corn Chowder

6 slices bacon.
3 Tablespoons bacon grease
2 - 3 diced potatoes
1 diced onion
2 -3 ribs celery
1 1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste.
1 15 oz can cream style corn
1 15 oz milk
crumbled bacon.

Dice bacon, fry until crisp and set aside. In 3 Tablespoons bacon
grease, stir in diced potatoes, diced onion, ribs celery, add
water, salt and pepper to taste.; Cook until soft. Then add can
cream style corn and can of milk; Heat to desired temp. Dish up
into soup bowls and top bowls with crumbled bacon.
