Corn Chowder 8 oz bacon 1 large onion, chopped 1 large can sliced potatoes (14-16 oz) 1 large can cream style corn (14-16 oz) 16 oz container whipping cream salt & pepper
Cut bacon into small pieces. Fry in pan with chopped onion until bacon is done but not crispy and onion is cooked through. Drain potatoes and cut into smaller pieces. Add to bacon and onion mixture. Warm through allowing potatoes to absorb juices. Add can of cream style corn. Add whipping cream. Stir until well mixed. Add salt & pepper to taste. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve.
