Yield: 8 servings

1 sm Onion, minced 1 qt Chicken stock
1 Stalk Celery, minced 2 c Cream or milk
3 ea Bell peppers, chopped Salt to taste
4 tb Butter Pepper to taste
1/4 c Flour

Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in butter until soft. Stir in
flour. Add chicken stock and bring to boil. Add cream and heat
through but do not boil. Add seasonings.
