Cream Broccoli 03

Cream of Broccoli
Serves 4
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons onion, minced
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 quart milk
1 cup vegetable water or bouillon
2/3 tablespoon salt
pepper
2 cups cooked broccoli, finely chopped
1/2 tsp A-1 sauce
Paprika
Melt butter in a double boiler. Add onion and cook over direct
heat until tender. Add flour, stir until smooth; add milk and
vegetable water and cook over boiling water until smooth and thick.
Add seasonings, broccoli, and A-1. Heat and serve sprinkled with
paprika.
