Creamy Broccoli Soup

20 ounces chopped frozen or fresh broccoli
1 stick butter or margarine
4 cans chicken broth
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons white flour
16 ounces heavy cream
5 tablespoons corn starch
3 chicken boullion cubes
2 teaspoons salt and pepper each
4 tablespoons dry minced onion

In a large pot, melt 3/4 of the butter add broccoli and cook until
soft. In a 10 inch skillet melt the remaining butter and sprinkle
in flour and blend with a wire wisk. Quickly add 1 cup chicken
broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, and chicken boillion,
stir well. Pour the mixture from the skillet into the pot. Add the
remainder of chicken broth, then stir in the heavy cream. Add salt
and pepper. Stir in corn starch and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
