CREAM OF LIMA BEAN SOUP
2 1/2 cup boiled lima beans
1 small onion, sliced
1 small carrot. sliced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or other liquid hot sauce
2 cups medium white sauce
Simmer lima beans, onion, and carrot in 1 quart water until very
soft. Rub through sieve. Add seasonings. Add hot white sauce. Mix
well. Serves 6
