Cream of English Pea Soup

2 cans LeSeur Peas, Drained
1 can condensed milk (not low-fat)
l stick melted butter (not margarine)
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish only

Place 1 can of the drained peas in a blender. Add the can of milk
and the melted butter. Blend until pureed. Pour into a medium
saucepan. Pour the 2nd can of peas in the pureed pea mix. Add
salt and pepper to taste. Heat until soothinly warm or next to
hot temperature. Pour into soup bowls and garnish with sprinkle
of paprika.

For a delicious varition, you may also add 1 can of drained corn
kernals to the 2nd can of peas.
