French Onion Soup

4 lg. onions
1/4 cup butter
3 (10 oz.) cans beef broth (or make your own)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Cinnamon
1/2 cup dry wine
Croutons and cheese

Cook onions in butter over low heat for 20 minutes. Add broth and
Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Add salt, and a dash of
pepper and cinnamon. Serve with croutons and melted cheese.
