Hungarian Goulash

3 1/2 pounds chicken, cut up
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes
8 ounces tomato sauce

Wash chicken, do not dry. In a pot simmer diced onion and chicken
about 15 minutes. There will be enough liquid from the wet chicken.
Then add paprika, red pepper and tomato sauce. Add enough water
at this time to cover chicken and cook until soft. Can be served
with rice or dumplings.


Rice recipe:

2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons of sauteed diced onions
1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
1/2 cup margarine.

Mix cooked rice with sauteed diced onions, parsley flakes and
margarine.
