Serbian Goulash
Serves 4-6

2 onions
olive oil
1 1/2 kilos diced lamb
2 bay leaves
4 heaped tablespoons tomato paste
water
1 tablespoon of fresh paprika
1 large red chilli
2 kilos chopped potatoes

Saute onions in olive oil until golden brown. Add lamb. Add 2
bay leaves and 4 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste Add enough
water to cover the meat. Allow to simmer for approximately 20
minutes. Stir in fresh paprika and a large red chilli. Add chopped
potatoes and let this simmer for approximately another 20 to 30
minutes before serving.
